Our Farm's Story

We have been a BIO AUSTRIA-certified farm since 2003. We raise and fatten pigs. In 2015, we also decided to start direct sales. Our certified products: Pork cuts, bacon, cured meat, cabernossi, frankfurters, cheese sausage, blood sausage, liver sausage, cheese krainer, knackers, parzerl, Leberkäse, bratwurst—all from a certified slaughter and sausage processing facility
